The adidas Gazelle has been a beloved lifestyle sneaker since its introduction in the 1960s. While it may have lost some popularity to the Samba, the Gazelle has found its place in streetwear culture, especially during the 90s alongside the Beastie Boys. Now, the iconic low-top trim has returned in a heritage-filled design that pays homage to its roots.
In its latest release, the adidas Gazelle from the brand’s Originals collection comes in a sleek and clean “Cloud White” colorway. Inspired by the crisp aesthetics of the early 90s, this version features a clad-leather upper entirely coated in white, from the mudguard to the tongue and even the sole unit. The only contrast comes from the “Gold Metallic” Gazelle embossing on the mid-foot of the lateral side.
