The highly-anticipated Patta x New Balance 991v2 collaboration has yet to be officially confirmed for release this week. However, skateboarding icon Patta has made up for it with their latest partnership with KAPPA. This time, the two brands have joined forces to create an incredible collection of apparel for the Alpine F1 team, just in time for the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
In recent times, Formula 1 has gained significant attention with the success of Netflix’s “Drive to Survive” series. This newfound popularity has attracted a wave of hardcore fans to the sport. To embrace this newfound interest and capture the essence of F1, KAPPA and Palace are collaborating to deliver a unique collection tailored for drivers and fanatics alike.
The capsule collection features an impressive assortment of ten pieces. It includes a variety of items such as rain jackets, gilets, body warmers, pit shorts, tracksuits, tech polos, hoodies, tees, and even New Era 9FIFTY driver caps. Each piece showcases race-ready prints, patterns, and embroideries, effectively capturing the sport’s stylistic nuances.
To complete the collection, KAPPA and Palace have also designed a special A523 livery for Alpine’s car, as well as official team suits for drivers Pierre Gasley and Esteban Ocon.
If you’re eager to get your hands on any of the items from this collaboration, the collection will first launch at The Venetian Shop in Las Vegas on November 16. Following the physical release, the collection will be available worldwide through Palace’s official webstore on November 17.
