Reebok has a history of close connections with the Los Angeles Lakers, from iconic players like Shaquille O’Neal and Kobe Bryant to Bryant’s sneaker free agency during the 2002-03 season. The brand has frequently dressed its on-court banner in colorways reminiscent of the Lakers’ regal hues. In line with this tradition, Reebok recently released a vibrant edition of its staple Question Mid sneaker in the Lakers’ synonymous palette.
The Question Mid “White/Grape Punch” features a predominantly “Footwear White” upper that showcases tumbled leather in a colorless shade across the sidewalls, tongue, and laces. Injected with a lemon-yellow contrast, the trim of the profile logo and tongue tab adds a pop of color. The sole unit continues the near-clad composition but incorporates a touch of purple in the Hexalite midsole and tread. The eye-catching “Grape Punch” hue is also present in the lace loops, heel tab, and nubuck-constructed toe cap, paying homage to Kobe Bryant’s “Yellow Toe” Player Exclusive from 2003.
The Reebok Question Mid “White/Grape Punch” will be available for purchase on December 1st, retailing at $170. Detailed imagery of the sneaker can be viewed below.
For those interested in other on-court toolings, the Kobe 6 “Reverse Grinch” will be released on December 15th.
