BUGATTI and adidas have come together to create a limited edition line of football boots called the adidas X Crazyfast Bugatti. These boots, limited to only 99 pairs, are a beautiful combination of speed, style, and exclusivity, inspired by Bugatti’s hyper sports cars. The boots will be available through an auction on adidas’s Collect Web 3 platform from November 8-11.
The adidas X Crazyfast Bugatti boots are built on the X Crazyfast laced boot design, which embodies the essence of Bugatti – swift, sleek, and rare. The boots feature adidas’s cutting-edge Speedframe sole plate technology, which mirrors the performance of Bugatti’s W16 engine. This technology provides exceptional lightness and a rigid plate for accelerated speed, similar to a Bugatti on the racetrack. Additional features like the Aerocage and Aeropacity Speedskin offer support, stability, and breathability. The boots also include a carbon fiber inlay, mirroring the materials used in Bugatti cars.
The design of the boots pays homage to Bugatti’s Grand Prix cars, with a semi-transparent mono-mesh material that is adorned with Bugatti Blue accents. The phrases “Impossible is Nothing” and “Create the Incomparable” embellish the side of the boots, representing the ethos of adidas and Bugatti respectively. The rear of the boots features Ettore Bugatti’s timeless insignia, symbolizing the brand’s legacy.
To ensure a fair process, the boots will be auctioned using cryptocurrency, with winners receiving a digital shoebox that can be redeemed for a physical pair of boots and a digital twin. The boots come encased in a unique box inspired by carbon fiber weaves, reflecting Bugatti’s construction materials.
