As part of the Greater Than series, this silhouette is getting ready for its third iteration and a new take-down model. However, before those releases, there are a few more colorways to look forward to, and one that has generated significant buzz is the women’s exclusive Swoosh Fly edition.
The Nike Air Zoom GT Cut 2 Swoosh Fly (W) seamlessly blends the silhouette’s historic design elements with fresh and contemporary hues. The upper is constructed using engineered mesh, which is the hallmark feature of the Zoom GT Cut 2. In this particular colorway, the upper showcases a captivating blend of black and jade ice. The jade hue flows into the tongue and lace set, creating a visually appealing continuity. Adding to the elegance of the design is the light lemon twist Nike branding, which perfectly complements a section of the heel tab. The iconic Swoosh and sturdy TPU heel counter are presented in contrasting shades of grey and black. From a functional perspective, the sneaker boasts a dual-tone cream and black midsole that features Zoom Air in the heel, a full-length Zoom Strobel unit, and the plush comfort of a React Foam insole. The innovative wiper-blade traction pattern is set against a semi-translucent black outsole, completing this masterpiece.
