Sole Box and adidas have a long history of collaboration, and their latest project takes inspiration from the summer aughts. They have teamed up to create an ice cream-inspired version of the adidas Rivalry Low.
The shoe features a white full-grain leather base with accents of light grey suede. The overall color scheme is neutral, allowing the colorful contrasts to steal the show. The tongue of the shoe is a warm tan color and has a waffle iron-like texture. The profile stripes are made of microsuede, with the lateral stripes in chocolate brown and the medial stripes in strawberry pink.
The packaging of the shoe is just as unique as the design itself. It comes in serrated foil packaging that resembles an ice cream sandwich wrapper. The Sole Box x adidas Rivalry Lo “Ice Cream Sandwich” is set to release on October 28th.
