The Nike Dunk Low Día De Muertos (W) is a sneaker collection that pays tribute to the vibrant Latin community and the traditional Mexican holiday, Día de los Muertos, also known as Day of the Dead. The centerpiece of this year’s collection is the women’s exclusive Nike Dunk Low, which is set to launch alongside the previously unveiled Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT 2. The Dunk Low features a blend of carefully curated materials, including faux reptile skin, supple suede, textured leather, and nylon, which exude elegance and attention to detail.
The shoe showcases glistening shades of gold on the toebox, quarter panel, and collar, while the mudguard and eyestays feature a faded gold faux reptile skin, adding a touch of subtle luxury. The cream laces and rich black tongue create a contrast, allowing the details to stand out. One of the highlights of the shoe is the intricately embroidered hummingbird on the textured leather heel overlay, showcasing vibrant hues of teal and orange.
