Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG: A Stylish Collaboration in “Black/Olive”

November 21, 2023

Travis Scott, the Houston-bred artist, has been working on his first original design for Nike, Inc., called the Jordan “Cut the Check.” However, it seems he may also be revisiting the Air Jordan 1 Low OG next fall.

According to sneaker insiders @zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files, Travis Scott will give the low-top retro a “Black Olive” makeover. This wouldn’t be the first time Scott has worked on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG, as he has already reimagined the silhouette six times in the past few years. The upcoming collaboration is expected to feature a color palette of “Black/Sail/Medium Olive/Muslin,” with suede overlays in a muted green and a clean black finish for the base layers. The signature reverse swoosh on the lateral profile will likely be an off-white color, similar to Scott’s previous “Reverse Mocha” pair from July 2022.

In addition to the design details, the “Black Olive” Travis Scott Jordan 1 Low is expected to feature Cactus Jack branding on the tongue, sockliners, and heel. The collaboration will also come with “aged” midsoles. While there has been no official confirmation, there is speculation that the pair may be a women’s-exclusive release, as Nike and Travis Scott continue to cater to their female consumer base. The sneakers will likely be available in Little Kid’s and Toddler sizing.

Although it has not been confirmed by Nike, if the rumors are true, the “Black Olive” Travis Scott Jordan 1 Low collaboration is expected to drop between August and November 2024 on Nike SNKRS. Fans can look forward to more details in the coming months.

In other sneaker news, Nike is set to release the “Kobe Reverse Grinch” sneakers for adults and kids on December 18th. Stay tuned for more updates.
