In recent times, Kobe Bryant’s signature sneaker releases have caused quite a frenzy among sneaker enthusiasts. Created by sneaker artist Mamba Concepts, known for their custom-made Kobe sneakers, this unique design is inspired by Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 “Mocha” release from 2019.
The custom sneaker features a color scheme that includes shades of “Dark Mocha,” “Black,” “University Red,” and “Sail.” The dominant “Mocha” shade covers the upper, with textured segments and a heel overlay in this coffee-brown tone. The black leather on the heel and tongue adds a sleek touch, while the black laces and lining provide a unified look. Vibrant “University Red” accents are strategically placed on the branding, highlighting Kobe’s signature mamba branding and the unique “Cactus Jack” embellishments on the heel and sides of the sneaker.
Of course, no Travis Scott collaboration would be complete without his iconic reverse Swoosh, which is presented in a “Sail” tone on this shoe. The design is finished off with a contrasting “Black” and “Sail” sole unit, arranged in reverse order from the original Air Jordan 1 collaboration that inspired this custom design. The sneaker comes in a sleek black box adorned with the classic “Nike Air” and mamba branding in vibrant red.
